Project management training

Built around your own projects

Practical project management training for managers and technical teams alike.

Sessions are built around the work your people already have in front of them rather than a generic case study, so they leave with a plan for a real project instead of a set of notes. It suits a team lead who has to keep a programme on track and an engineer who has just been handed one. Delivered on site or remotely.

Length and format are set after an initial conversation — we would rather understand the team and the work first than sell a fixed course. Pricing follows from what we agree there.

Project management consulting

Hands-on help on a live project

Help with a project that is already running, or one about to start.

That can be setting up a plan and a way of tracking it, reviewing a programme that has drifted, sorting out who owns what, or simply working alongside your team through a difficult stretch. Whether that is a single review or support over a longer period is something we work out together.

Consulting is separate from training. Some clients take both, but neither requires the other. Tell us what you are dealing with and we will talk it through before anything is agreed.
